It’s monday today, which means shoulder day for me. Since I started to do fitness I dreamed about defined, round shoulders. I must say, I’m very satisfied with the progress so far. They definitely grew a little and I’m getting stronger by each workout. I have a lot to improve, but so far it’s going the right way.
It’s about five months out from my first competition in bikini fitness and I’ve got some hard work to do before I start dieting. Fortunately I’ve kept the form since summer, I gained only maybe 2kg. I’m not fan of hardcore bulking. So I’m not at all worried about dieting, it’s not like I need to lose 15kg of fat to get ripped.
What I need to improve before the competition: Shoulders, obliques, back, glutes and my posing routine.
